I. Introduction
This agreement details the terms that Finale Maid and you, The Client, enter into when you sign up for a cleaning service. Please read and review the contract carefully. Please reach out to the nearest office with any questions on the contract, specification of terms or items included, or other issues that may arise. II. Agreement
Agreement
By making payment for a cleaning service you enter into this contract. You may cancel this agreement at any time for any reason, with one exception, the 48 hour rule listed below. By entering into this agreement, you agree to pay for the service requested, which may include but is not limited to, a deep cleaning, a regular cleaning, a single cleaning, or move out cleaning.
Finale Maid agrees by taking payment to provide the cleaning service requested, as detailed in the Finale Cleaning Checklist by qualified and trained maids who have read the cleaning manual and are being supervised by a qualified lead cleaner and/or office manager.
We agree to take a set of keys and that the keys will be kept on the office site with the office manager in a lock and safe location. By entering into this agreement you agree to permit Finale Maid access to your home during the scheduled “arrival window.”
If you do not feel comfortable leaving a set of keys, you may meet the maids at your location to allow access, but please note that if you are not present you may be charged for a missed cleaning.
You agree to provide a safe environment for the maids to clean.
Exception
We require a 48 hour cancellation notice. If we do not receive notice within that time, then we will be required to charge you for that cleaning.
III. Payment
Finale Maid accepts payment via debit or credit card. We are working on alternative payment systems like venmo and cash app. We do keep your card on file at the office to charge it when necessary. Once the service is terminated we delete all card info quarterly. If you would like your information deleted sooner, please call the office and request the information.
IV. Safety Policies
Safety
Our maids will not clean under unsafe conditions. If a rescheduling is not something that can be done in a given week, you may be charged for the cleaning. Unsafe conditions include but may not be limited to:
Large dogs/pit bulls left out of kennels
Needles
Guns or ammunition in open areas and left unsupervised
Exposed electrical wires/equipment
Broken door locks/windows
Chemical smells
Inoperable smoke alarms
Drugs
Valuables
It is also required that any valuables over the price of $3,000 be noted before the cleaning is started, which is listed on the website as instructions. If this is not done, then Finale Maid will not be responsible for damage or lossage of items over this value. This is done to ensure the office manager and lead cleaner are aware of any risks associated with cleaning or handling these items.
Insurance
Finale Maid carries all industry standard insurance policies. This covers theft and broken items. While we are bonded and insured, we ask politely that any valuables be put in a safe or somewhere locked that will prevent possible theft or lossage. Finale Maid may even be able to provide a rental safe for free in certain geographical locations when you sign up for a regularly scheduled cleaning contract.
Security
All employees are hired, trained, and supervised by an office or district manager. This means that there is someone with a proven record and 7-10 years of or similar experience running every office. And all of the teams of 2 that go to houses are background checked and supervised by a lead cleaner with prior house cleaning experience.
V. Scheduling
Finale Maid works on a Monday-Friday cleaning schedule. Normal cleaning hours are 8 am - 5 pm. You will receive a call, e-mail, or text message with the time the week before the cleaning. Normally, we try to schedule the same cleaning at the same time on the same day every cleaning period. For example, your cleaning could be set at 9 am tuesday.
We try to have the same cleaners on the same job every time, but this may not always be the case due to turnover, vacation, holidays, and emergencies. However, every cleaning will be staffed with an experienced lead cleaner and junior cleaner cleaning as a team of two.
You may be assigned an arrival window instead of a direct time. For example, Tuesday between 9 am and 12 pm. Which means the maids will arrive within that window and will start when they arrive and clean for the time allotted.
Labor services will be charged based on the size of your house and the set rate. Any cleaning done outside the Finale Checklist will be billed at the hourly rate specified on the website, which may change from time to time due to inflation. Once rate increases are set in place a notification will be sent out. By continuing cleaning you will act as though a new agreement has been made.

VII. Grievances
We understand that the world isn’t perfect. If you experience any of these issues please see the contact section and reach out to us.
Bad cleaning? Contact us within 36 hours of the cleaning with photos or proof and we will send the maids right back. We might even send the office manager to check it out.
Missing Items? Contact us within 48 hours and contact the police.
Damaged Items? Contact us within 48 hours.
The owner even left his telephone number in the contact section should you want to reach out to him directly. We hope if anything goes wrong that you take advantage of this section, as we strive to get it right every time.
VIII. Gratuity
Finale Maid does not require a tip. However, we do allow tips and that is an excellent way to say thank you to the maids. Tip away. Also feel free to contact the office manager with positive messages. We like to reward the maids with promotions, days off, nicer uniforms, or better training.
IX. Poaching
Hey hey. What if you signed up and liked your maid so much you decided to hire him/her on your own. Well, we trained that maid, we bought uniforms, we paid for the tools, we paid for the marketing, and we bought the car. So, if you hire any company maid directly and not through Finale Maid within 24 months of using Finale Maid, you will be required to pay a $3,000 referral fee. We possess the right to seek legal remedy and remediation should you go about this process. Employees are notified that working outside of contract with a customer is an automatic termination, so please respect our employees as well.

Finale Maid does not partake in any data sale or sale of information. We retain all customer information on internal software drives and it is managed and reviewed often by the CEO and CIO.

The owner wants to make sure you are happy with your cleaning, so guess what?
Here is the owner’s phone number: 414-739-6307. There is only one rule: if you contact the number as a customer, it has to be about the company and the cleaning service. And guess what. The owner will be at home every night from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM to answer calls related to Finale Maid. If it is positive, negative, a complaint, a reward, anything. If you call between 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM central time, the owner will be there. Monday - Thursday. You can even text the owner if he doesn’t answer the phone.
